Service Calls:
Customers have the option of calling into our dispatcher or e-mailing their request for service. Our vans are equipped with a satellite GPS system and cell phones in order to ensure quick and accurate communication. We understand your urgency and also understand that when your forklift equipment is not operating, it costs you money. Our typical response time is 2-3 hours.

Planned Maintenance & Fleet Management:
Sunbelt offers planned maintenance for all of your material handling equipment. Planned maintenance programs can be custom designed in the right interval (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly) to meet your specific needs. All your service records are kept in our computer files. We can provide a complete review of all work performed on each unit in your fleet and provide a cost analysis of your equipment at no additional cost.

Full Maintenance:
Sunbelt offers full maintenance programs which guarantee your maintenance costs from 12-72 months. This program is custom designed for your specific application. The full maintenance program eliminates your forklift problems. Focus is the key. Our technician will perform scheduled maintenance to ensure that we will reach our mutual goal of 100 per-cent uptime. In the event that a unit is out of service a loaner unit is provided.
